Yesterday, the LGBT/HIV Criminal Justice Working Group and HIV PJA collaborated on a webinar discussing how the policing of gender and sexuality pervades law enforcement, the operation of courts and the penal system, especially the policing of people living with HIV in the US. Also, panelists provided recent data on criminal enforcement and conditions of confinement.

Thank you to our presenters Sean E. Bland, Catherine Hanssens and Jason Lydon. Also, thank you to all attendees for submitting questions.

If you are interested in joining the LGBT/HIV Criminal Justice Working Group, please contact Catherine at chanssens@hivlawandpolicy.org or Sean at seb86@law.georgetown.edu.
